JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a Content Creator who can spot an idea, shoot it, edit it and get it online without making a production out of it.
You should be equally comfortable shooting on an iPhone or a proper camera, and know how to make content feel natural, immediate and not overly produced. Think UGC, in-the-moment content, quick turnarounds and things that actually feel like they belong on the internet.
You'll also be expected to come up with ideas, jump on relevant trends and generally be plugged into what's happening online.

₹6 LPA and above, depending on experience and fit.

YOU SHOULD

Be good at shooting on both iPhone and camera.
Be able to shoot, edit and post content independently.




Have a strong understanding of social media and what makes people stop scrolling.
Be comfortable creating UGC-style, spontaneous and in-the-moment content.
Be able to come up with ideas, not just execute briefs.
Be quick, agile and comfortable working on the fly.
Be genuinely on top of trends, internet culture and what's happening online.
Be a self-starter and properly jugaadu.
Have your own laptop, phone and necessary devices.

BONUSES

Experience with AI creative tools.
Experience working with brands and social media accounts.
Experience with motion graphics, photography or basic design.
Experience managing content calendars, CRMs or teams.
