Responsibilities
Job Scope:
To lead and develop the Super User community across multiple sites by driving system-directed warehouse operations, process standardization, and capability building. The role serves as the subject matter expert for WMS-driven processes, supporting business implementations,
operational transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment between Operations, IT, and Operations Excellence teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support Operations Super Users across multiple sites and projects.
Act as the key subject matter expert for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and system-driven operational processes.
Support migration, start-up, recent business implementation, and operational transition projects.
Define, implement, and govern standard operating processes and system-driven best practices.
Review and approve Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, and system process changes.
Drive operational excellence by promoting process standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Monitor project delivery, implementation performance, operational KPIs, and process adherence.
