Job Summary:

The incumbent will support the North America Commercial team with analytical insights, pricing support, internal communication, and operational coordination. The role will focus on commercial analytics, forecast and SAP plan tracking, churn and cross-sell performance, custom offer preparation, and structured collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAMs), Regional Leads, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Business teams. This position will primarily support the top 10–12 key UPL brands.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Commercial Analytics & Reporting

· Review monthly Cross Sell and Churn opportunities for the top 10 products by account/region and update Regional Leads and KAMs with actionable insights.
· Track and report forecast vs. actual trends, SAP plan variances, product-level performance, and highlight significant gaps or risks.
· Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and analytical views in Excel or Power BI for the NA Leadership team.
· Conduct pricing analytics, margin evaluation, and discount impact analysis to support decision-making.




· Provide micro market, state-level, and product-level analytics to support NA strategic priorities.
· Develop and maintain presentation materials in PowerPoint for internal meetings and leadership reviews.
· Support ad-hoc analytical and operational requests from Commercial Leadership.

Internal Coordination & Commercial Support

· Review Order fulfilment status weekly and communicate gaps or delays with KAMs, Regional Leads, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
· Maintain regular updates to the North America Sales and Business teams on product performance, pricing actions, customer-level status, and supply availability.
· Coordinate with KAMs/Regional Leads to consolidate account-level needs, data requests, or follow ups.
· Prepare customer-specific pricing reports, custom offers, and pricing analytics by product, account, and region in partnership with the Pricing team.
