About The Role

We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals with a strong background in hiring

for technical and engineering industries. The ideal candidate should have recruitment

Experience In At Least Two Of The Following Sectors

EPC
Infrastructure
Oil & Gas
Marine & Shipbuilding

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with both clients and candidates.
Negotiate offers and support candidates through the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent.

Requirements

Proven experience in technical or engineering recruitment.
Hands-on hiring experience across at least two of the listed industries.
Robust sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
