Experience
8–12+ years of overall SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central, EC Payroll, Time Off, PMGM, and SuccessFactors integrations.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise across Employee Central (EC), Time Off, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), PMGM, and cross-module integrations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multi-country payroll, particularly KSA (Saudi Arabia) and UAE, along with robust expertise in Payroll Control Center, PCRs, payroll schemas, payroll processing, and integration with SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.
The candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Central
Lead configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Design and maintain employee lifecycle processes including hire, transfer, promotion, termination, and organizational changes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable EC solutions.
Support data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
2. Time Off
Configure and support SuccessFactors Time Off.
Design leave types, time accounts, accrual rules, eligibility rules, and holiday calendars.
Configure business rules and workflows for time-off processes.
Integrate Time Off with Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
Troubleshoot time-off calculation, accrual, and integration issues.
Support country-specific leave and statutory requirements.
