Role Overview:
Support MPS ARCHONIC’s growth in India and international markets by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, coordinating proposals, and converting prospects into project opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in India and selected international markets.
• Proactively approach prospective clients, decision-makers, partners, and industry contacts.
• Develop leads from initial contact through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and project acquisition.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
2. Market Research & Opportunity Development:
• Research target industries, companies, markets, competitors, and potential project opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable MPS ARCHONIC services and solutions.




• Track market trends and contribute ideas for new sectors, clients, and business development initiatives.
3. Proposals, Coordination & Follow-up:
• Coordinate proposals, presentations, quotations, pre-qualification documents, and tender submissions with internal teams.
• Arrange and participate in client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Work closely with architecture, engineering, consulting, and international teams in India, Germany, and other markets.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up on leads, proposals, client actions, and business opportunities.
4. Networking, Reporting & Representation:
• Represent MPS ARCHONIC at client meetings, industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking forums.
• Maintain an up-to-date opportunity pipeline and provide regular business development updates to management.
