Location - Lucknow Vint Club and Head Office (Office Located at Sushant Golf City Lko)
Role Description This full-time, in office role is based in Lucknow and covers Store Manager responsibilities for Vint Club and Purchase Manager responsibilities for the Head Office. The Store Manager component includes overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory levels, , ensuring merchandising standards, and maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction. The Purchase Manager component involves sourcing products and materials, negotiating with vendors, managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with internal teams to align procurement with business needs. The role also includes monitoring retail loss prevention measures, preparing operational and purchasing reports, and supporting management with data-driven recommendations to improve performance and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
Customer-focused skills,



including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build positive, long-term relationships.
Strong Communication skills for coordinating with store teams, vendors, and management stakeholders.
Store Management capabilities, including inventory control and adherence to merchandising and operational standards.
Proven experience in retail or store operations in Hotel Industry only; purchasing or procurement experience in a multi-location setup is an advantage.
Ability to use basic office and inventory management software; comfort with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
