We are looking for a talented and driven Backend Engineer to join our engineering team and help build scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in backend development, API design, database management, and distributed systems.
You will work closely with frontend engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to develop robust backend services that power our products and platforms. This role offers an chance to work on challenging engineering problems, improve system performance, and contribute to architectural and technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications, services, and APIs.
Build secure, reliable, and high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
Develop clean, maintainable, modular, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.




Design and optimize database schemas, queries, indexes, and data-access layers.
Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases depending on application requirements.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, production issues, and backend reliability challenges.
Implement authentication, authorization, data validation, error handling, and other backend security practices.
Integrate third-party APIs, internal services, and external systems.
Collaborate with frontend engineers to design efficient API contracts and seamless application workflows.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and development practices.
Write unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
Monitor backend services and troubleshoot issues across development, staging, and production environments.
Contribute to system architecture, technical design discussion
