About the Role
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused business development professional to promote our International Summer School Program and expand our footprint in the overseas education sector. In this dynamic, field-oriented role, you will be the face of our program, engaging directly with school principals, counselors, parents, and students. Your primary objective will be to cultivate strong institutional partnerships, drive program awareness, and generate new business opportunities within the K-12 and higher education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Institutional Outreach: Conduct regular field visits to schools, colleges, and universities to introduce our International Summer School Program to principals, counsellors, and senior management.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with educational institutions, securing opportunities to host program presentations and student/parent information sessions.
Consultative Sales: Engage with prospective students and their parents,



thoroughly understanding their educational aspirations and guiding them through the program details and enrollment process.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between university partners, internal teams, and partner schools to seamlessly execute events, manage applications, and process student enrollments.
Market Expansion: Prospect and onboard new educational consultants, schools, and strategic partners to build a robust lead generation network.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, follow-ups, pipeline conversions, and partnership developments.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed established KPIs for institutional visits, recent partnership acquisitions, student enrollments, and overall revenue generation.
Strategic Growth: Continuously identify and explore emerging business models and partnership opportunities within the overseas education landscape.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in B2B
