About the Role
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Principal UX Designer to serve as our Head of UX, owning the user experience design process from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong advocate for the user, with a track record of creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences — and is comfortable operating as a design team of one,



balancing hands-on execution with strategic ownership. You'll be the primary voice for UX across the product organization, translating user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.
What you’ll do
Own the end-to-end UX design process, from initial research and ideation through wireframing, prototyping, and final implementation.
Conduct and lead user research and usability testing to deeply understand user behavior, needs, and pain points. Synthesize findings into actionable design insights.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy, requirements, and features.
Create and maintain design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.
