Role Overview
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Regional Managers to drive institutional business growth and build strong partnerships with universities, colleges, and higher-education institutions across assigned regions. The role owns regional business development, institutional relationships, opportunity creation, negotiations, closures, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities





Drive business development and revenue growth across the assigned region.
Identify and acquire current universities, colleges, and higher-education institutions.
Build strong relationships with university leadership and key institutional decision-makers.
Understand institutional requirements and position suitable solutions.
Conduct institutional meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
Build and maintain a strong, qualified regional business pipeline.
Coordinate proposals and lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and business closures.
Drive institutional partnerships and Purchase Order (PO) closures.
Expand existing institutional accounts and develop repeat business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth transition from closure to execution.
Maintain opportunity updates, sales forecasts, and periodic business reports.
