Company Description: We run 2 business, an Investment Banking Firm along with a DIgital Marketing Firm and thus there are 2 tracks you can pick from (you can be a part of both as well)

Role Description The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) will be a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
This is not a regular 9-to-5 desk job, nor is it locked into a single siloed department. As an EIR, you will operate as a force multiplier across every function of our business. Wherever there is a high-priority problem or a new initiative, you will step in to build, run, and scale it.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Operations & Growth: Standardize key operational workflows, solve bottlenecks, and execute growth playbooks.

Investment Banking Track:
Business Development (BD) & Alliances: Identify current market opportunities, map target accounts, and drive outreach to founders and VC partners.
Fundraising & Deal Support: Assist leadership on fundraising collateral, investor relations, industry research, and strategic decks.
Digital Marketing & Growth Hacking: Spearhead digital branding,



lead generation channels, content strategy, and inbound client acquisition.
AI Tools Implementation: A good understanding of AI Tools & leveraging prompt engineering across functions

Marketing Track:
Business Development (BD): Identify new market opportunities, map target accounts, and drive outreach to founders and business owners
Digital Marketing & Growth Hacking: Spearhead digital branding, lead generation channels, content strategy, and Performance marketing
AI Tools Implementation: A good understanding of AI Tools & leveraging prompt engineering across functions
