Description
The IT Procurement Specialist provides analytical, project and process support across the IT and wider Procurement function, helping to improve performance, decision-making and delivery against key objectives. The role supports IT procurement programmes, IT category planning, supplier and market analysis, reporting, communications and governance, while identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen procurement capability and deliver greater value across Unilode.

Track Procurement team performance against key programmes, objectives and agreed deliverables.
Support and, where appropriate, lead procurement projects by structuring stakeholder sessions, coordinating activities and managing timelines.
Provide analysis to support companywide programmes on behalf of Procurement.
Consolidate technical, operational and commercial information to support ULD Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) measurement and analysis.
Monitor project progress,
identify risks or delays and ensure appropriate follow-up with stakeholders.

Analyse and provide data to support sourcing and category planning across the IT Procurement function.
Support prioritisation of sourcing activity and alignment of IT Procurement resources against business requirements.
Provide analytical support to budgeting, forecasting and procurement planning activities.
Track delivery against IT category and Procurement targets and provide regular key supplier performance updates.
Identify trends and opportunities that support improved commercial and operational decision making.
