Reporting and Ad-hoc Management
Responsibilities
Invoice Management & Cost Allocation
§ Ensure timely receipt of invoices and validate alignment with forecasted BTP; investigate and explain variances with relevant stakeholders.
§ Allocate invoices across cost centers based on FTE percentage and share details with controls teams (FLUS, FLC, QNA) by Week 4 of every period
§ Periodic calls with the controls team before deadlines to resolve posting challenges and ensure timely billing closure.
§ Extract and reconcile SAP data to verify correct posting and prepare reconciliations of AOP vs. actuals/forecast.
§ Track and incorporate true-ups during H2 and adjust forecasts accordingly
FTE Forecasting & Productivity Analysis
§ Review and approve Change Requests (CRs)
in partnership with PMOs through regular bi-weekly/ad-hoc calls.
§ Update FTE forecast models to reflect approved CRs and role movements between sectors and hubs.
§ Coordinate with Finance, PMO, and Design Leads to validate current productivity or cost-avoidance initiatives.
§ Conduct periodic review calls with function-wise design leads to present FTE dashboards and performance insights.
§ Partner with the HR to align on updated cost and date of sector removals
§ Circulate the updated FTE forecast model to Finance & Design Leads every period W1.
Financial Planning & Reporting
§ Share cost and productivity analyses with cost center owners each period W1, providing insights and addressing queries.
§ Prepare submissions for sector and global in SIT and PowerSteering models every quarter.
§ Build and maintain the AOP for labor charges across sectors (FLUS, FLC, QNA).
§ Develop and track the AOP for PFNA productivity and cost avoidance
