Position Summary

We are building a tech-savvy, innovative capability to support Deloitte’s preboarding infrastructure as we transform the candidate preboarding experience for the US Firm. We are seeking an experienced manager to serve as a key subject matter expert who is technically adept and understands the functional steps of the talent acquisition and preboarding process. This Manager will partner with the US D&A; Preboarding Manager to support preboarding technologies and must demonstrate robust technical and functional knowledge of preboarding processes and enabling systems. The role requires experience in technical implementation, project management, risk management, cross-stakeholder collaboration, and solution-oriented delivery. It will be critical in supporting change requests that enhance preboarding technologies and will also include managing the USI support team, engaging internal client stakeholders, and serving as a liaison with ITS.

Digital & Analytics team, you will be responsible for:

Designing, implementing, and sustaining change requests related to preboarding technologies.
Gathering requirements and leading design, build, testing, deployment, and release activities for system enhancements.
Partnering with Talent, Deloitte Technology, ELE, consulting teams, and ITS stakeholders to support preboarding solutions and future enhancements.
Managing project risks, issue tracking, escalation, governance, and change control for high-priority system updates.
Leading and developing the USI support team responsible for system administration, documentation, training, maintenance, and issue resolution.
