Job Summary
The Outbound Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and productive dispatch of products from the Warehouse to customers. The role involves order processing, shipment coordination, inventory accuracy,



transportation management, and adherence to customer specific guidelines, despatch requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily outbound operations, including order picking, packing, staging, and dispatch.
Ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders.
Coordinate with Mfg., PPC, Transportater, and customer service teams.
Monitor shipment schedules and delivery performance.
Maintain inventory accuracy and update relevant systems.
Prepare dispatch documentation, invoices, shipping labels & other packaging requirements
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Analyze outbound performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
