Role
You role will be Plan and Execute the entire activity of the shift by ensuring the QA Paint & Weld Shop and Paint Shop Lab to ensure the Product Quality and Process Parameters, meets all the specification to achieve zero customer A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Product audit to be carried out as per plan to check the Product Quality, i.e. all the parameters shall be within specification limits. [for paint and weld shop]
Process audit done as per plan to control the process of the line [ for paint and weld shop]
Team member training and skill upgradation.
Analysis and Corrective actions
Maintaining the documentation level as per IMS requirement.
To involve NPD for Weld and Paint shop and do the PFMEA to prevent the failure modes.A Day in the life
Planning and Execution of the entire activity of the shift by ensuring the QA Paint & Weld Shop and Paint Shop Lab to ensure the Product Quality and Process Parameters, meets all the specification to achieve zero customer complaints,



zero rejection (rework and scrap) through various inspection, testing and audit system.Academic Qualification & Experience
BE Mechincal/Paint - 4-6 years of experience.
Diploma with 12-24 yrs of exprerience.Technical Skills/Knowledge

Knowledge about manpower handling
Knowledge about welding technology.
Knowledge about Painting technology.
Knowledge about SPC, MSA, GD&T;, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, IMS, Analysis Skill & problem Solving Skill.
Knowledge about core quality tools.
Knowledge about product & process.
Behavioural Skills
