Duties & responsibilities
What this job involves
As the Regional Sourcing and Vendor Management Manager (APAC), you will lead sourcing, vendor governance, and commercial management activities across the Marsh APAC Integrated Facilities Management portfolio covering 10 countries.
Working closely with the APAC Account Director, Hub Leads, IFM Operations teams, Finance, and Client stakeholders, you will drive sourcing strategies, vendor performance, procurement governance, operational standardisation, and commercial outcomes across facilities management, engineering services, workplace operations, and real estate service categories.
This role is responsible for ensuring supplier and procurement activities align with Master Services Agreement obligations, operational delivery requirements, service level expectations, compliance standards, and account governance frameworks across the APAC portfolio.
