Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Business Expansion to lead the growth and business development initiatives of our security services operations across Mumbai and surrounding markets.

This is a senior leadership position intended for a professional with strong experience in the private security industry, an established understanding of the Mumbai market, proven business acquisition capabilities, and the ability to independently develop and convert high-value corporate opportunities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers, expanding the client portfolio, and contributing directly to the organisation’s revenue and geographical growth.





This role requires extensive market engagement and regular travel across Mumbai and other locations as required for client meetings, business development, networking, site visits, presentations, negotiations, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive business expansion strategy for Mumbai and surrounding markets.
Identify, approach, develop, and convert new business opportunities across corporate, commercial, industrial, residential, institutional, infrastructure, hospitality, healthcare, logistics, retail, and other sectors requiring professional security services.

Build a strong and sustainable pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
Generate leads independently through market intelligence, networking, referrals, industry relationships, corporate outreach, tender opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
