We are hiring an Infrastructure Support Specialist to coordinate operations and support senior engineers, while handling standard technical tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities
Act as main coordination point between support teams and infra experts Track incidents, requests, and ensure resolution follow-up Perform technical operations: VM provisioning and lifecycle (VMware) Admin of Linux & Windows environments Monitoring and alert handling (Nagios / Grafana) Handle Level 2 support autonomously Manage:



Patch deployment and upgrades Vulnerability remediation (Tenable) Support operations on: Fortinet firewalls Microsoft 365 / Entra ID Perform basic troubleshooting on: AD / DNS / domain issues Web services (Apache, Nginx) Databases (My SQL, SQL Server) Maintain documentation and suggest improvements Required Skills
Strong experience with: Active Directory, DNS, domain management Windows Server 2019 / 2022 / 2025 Linux (Red Hat, Debian) VMware Good knowledge of: Apache, Nginx My SQL / SQL Server Monitoring tools (Nagios, Grafana) Understanding of: Firewall (Fortinet) Vulnerability tools (Tenable) Microsoft 365 / Entra ID Scripting (Power Shell / Bash) is a plus Profile
5+ years experience in infra / sysadmin Strong coordination + execution mindset Structured and reliable Good communication with multi-team environments
