We are seeking an experienced Service Now AI Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of AI-powered solutions across the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Service Now AI capabilities, Generative AI, enterprise architecture, workflow automation, and digital transformation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative AI solutions aligned with business objectives.

Define and drive the enterprise AI roadmap within the Service Now ecosystem. Architect scalable, secure, and governed AI solutions aligned with business and enterprise objectives. Design and implement AI-powered solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM),



Employee Experience, Customer Service Management (CSM), and enterprise business workflows. Lead the implementation and adoption of Service Now AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Document Intelligence, Process Mining, Automation Engine, Intelligent Search, and Generative AI Controller. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven digital transformation initiatives. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend cutting-edge solutions to enhance business processes and operational efficiency. Establish AI governance, security, scalability, and best practices across the Service Now platform.
