We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior ISR Manager to lead and manage our Inside Sales/ISR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth, managing the complete inside sales process, achieving revenue and lead-generation targets, and building a high-performing sales team.
The role requires strong team leadership, sales planning, pipeline management, client engagement, coaching, and performance management skills. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT/Cloud/SaaS sales workplace and be capable of converting business opportunities into qualified meetings, opportunities, and revenue.
