Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role based in Gurugram. The role involves prospecting and building relationships with potential buyers and investors, conducting property tours, and presenting suitable real estate options that align with client requirements.



The salesperson will manage end-to-end sales cycles, including lead follow-up, negotiations, documentation coordination, and closure of transactions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining updated knowledge of local market trends, property values, and inventory, as well as collaborating with internal teams such as property management and portfolio advisory. The role requires consistent, qualified client communication, accurate reporting of activities, and adherence to company standards and regulatory guidelines.
