About the Role
The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering invites applications from highly motivated and research-oriented academicians for the position of Assistant Professor. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, carrying out research activities, mentoring students, and contributing to academic and institutional development.
Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Develop and deliver innovative and engaging course content.
Conduct laboratory sessions and guide student projects.
Pursue high-quality research leading to publications in reputed journals and conferences.
Apply for research grants, funded projects,
and consultancy assignments.
Mentor students in academic, research, and career development activities.
Participate in curriculum design, accreditation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with industry and academic institutions for research and knowledge exchange.
Undertake administrative and departmental responsibilities as assigned by the University.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Ph.D. in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a closely related discipline from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions is Mandatory.
M.E./M.Tech. and B.E./B.Tech. in relevant disciplines with a consistently strong academic record.
Demonstrated research capabilities with publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals/conferences.
Solid subject knowledge in one or more areas such as:
VLSI Design
Embedded Systems
Communication Systems
Signal Processing
Wireless Communication
Internet of Things (IoT)
