We acquire exceptional homes on long-term leases, transform and furnish them to a high standard, and offer them to two distinct customer segments: high-income individuals and companies looking for premium residences for their CXOs and senior leadership.

The Role
We're looking for an exceptionally driven Business Development Associate who is persuasive, articulate, hungry, and willing to do the hard work required to close deals.
This isn't a desk job where you wait for leads to come in.
Depending on your track, you'll either be convincing landlords to trust Lyor with their property, helping high-income individuals find their next home, or building relationships with companies across India to house their senior leadership.
The common denominator across all three is simple:



you know how to talk to people, build trust quickly, handle rejection, and get things done.
You'll be expected to own the entire sales process—from prospecting and first conversation to negotiation and closing.

Three Business Development Tracks

1. Corporate Sales
Your job is to get companies to use Lyor's residences for their CXOs and senior leadership.
You'll:
Identify and build a pipeline of companies across India, with a focus on Delhi NCR.
Cold call decision-makers and HR, admin, mobility and leadership teams.
Run cold email, LinkedIn and other outbound campaigns.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders and understand their accommodation requirements.
Present Lyor's properties and proposition to companies.
Negotiate commercial terms and close corporate accounts.
Build a repeatable corporate sales pipeline and continuously expand your network.

2. Leasing
