Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients, presenting Trigon Services’ compliance and business support offerings, and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers. The Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closure,



while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, and meeting assigned sales targets and performance metrics. The role also requires regular market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications

Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand and position professional services solutions.
Proficiency in communication and presentation, including clear verbal and written skills for interacting with business stakeholders and preparing proposals.
