Roles & Responsibilities:
Support SAP SD and SAP TM processes across Quote to Cash and logistics operations
Analyze and resolve production issues impacting order processing, transportation, and related integrations
Work on functional configurations and process alignment across SAP SD, TM, and LE
Coordinate with business and technical teams to troubleshoot interface and integration issues
Provide ongoing support for incident resolution and operational stability
Experience:
5 to 9 years of relevant SAP functional experience
Solid hands-on experience in SAP SD and SAP Transportation Management
Working knowledge of logistics and LE processes in SAP environments
Proven integration experience across SAP modules and connected systems
Experience supporting production environments and resolving functional issues
Good to Have:
Experience with O2C processes
Incident Management exposure
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
