? We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Influencer Marketing

About the Role

Ripple Links is looking for a driven and commercially robust Business Development Manager to lead new business acquisition and grow strategic brand partnerships across our Influencer Marketing and Content business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem, digital marketing, social media and branded content, along with a proven track record of building relationships with senior marketing stakeholders and closing high-value business opportunities.

This is a high-ownership role where you will be responsible for building the sales pipeline, acquiring new brands, growing existing accounts and driving revenue across the influencer marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

? Business Development & Revenue Growth

Lead new business acquisition for Ripple Links across brands, agencies and digital-first companies.
Identify high-potential brands, categories and emerging business opportunities.
Own monthly,



quarterly and annual revenue targets and consistently build a healthy sales pipeline.
Drive the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and initial conversations to pitching, negotiation and closure.
Build a strong network of marketing leaders, brand teams, agencies and decision-makers.

? Brand Partnerships & Client Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Founders and Agency Leaders.
Develop long-term strategic partnerships rather than one-off campaign relationships.
Understand client objectives and identify relevant influencer-led marketing solutions.
Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and cross-selling.

? Influencer Marketing & Content Solutions

Develop a strong understanding of influencer marketing, creators, content formats, platforms and audience behaviour.
Work with Strategy, Creator Partnerships,
