Atlas SoftWeb is looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. We are open to freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in B2B lead generation and IT sales.
What You'll Do:
Research and identify potential B2B leads and prospects
Build and maintain accurate lead databases
Conduct online research to identify potential clients
Support the sales team with qualified leads and prospect information
Assist with email, LinkedIn, and other outreach activities
Track lead generation activities and maintain regular follow-ups
Work closely with the sales team to understand target markets and client requirements




What We're Looking For:
0–2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, telecalling, sales, or a related field
Freshers with valuable communication and research skills are welcome
Good understanding of internet research and MS Office/Google Workspace
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn about IT services and B2B sales
Proactive attitude with the ability to work towards targets
