Lismount Tex is a woven fabric mill based in Tamil Nadu, producing yarn-dyed and piece-dyed linen and linen-blend fabrics for export buyers who hold us to demanding European eco- and quality standards. As we scale into our new SIPCOT Perundurai facility, we’re looking for a QA Manager to own quality end to end — from loom to dispatch.

What you’ll do

• Lead the pre-dispatch quality control process and sign off on every consignment before it ships
• Maintain and strengthen our QC checklists, SOPs, and dispatch approval workflow
• Investigate and close out buyer quality complaints (shrinkage, shade, OBA and spec compliance) with proper root-cause analysis
• Set inspection standards across warping, weaving, dyeing, and finishing, and train the shop-floor team to meet them
• Work directly with export buyers on quality documentation and audits





What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in textile quality, ideally in woven fabric for export
• Experience with both yarn-dyed and piece-dyed processes; linen or linen-blend background a solid plus
• Strong grasp of fabric defects, testing parameters, and international buyer specs
• Experience running QC systems and documentation (not just spot-checking)
• Hands-on, floor-first mindset with the discipline to hold a standard
• Familiarity with eco/compliance standards (GOTS, OEKO-TEX or similar) is a plus
