? Experience: 1–5 Years (Freshers with a solid interest in Functional Medicine are also welcome)

? Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess underlying factors related to chronic and lifestyle-associated health concerns
• Review laboratory investigations, diagnostic reports & medical records
• Develop individualized, evidence-informed health & wellness plans
• Guide patients on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management & healthy lifestyle practices
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals when required
• Educate patients on preventive healthcare and long-term health management
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up documentation
• Ensure patient confidentiality and clinical/ethical standards
