Role Description The Business Development Associate – Sales role at Crio.Do is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the associate will identify and qualify prospective customers, conduct outbound and inbound calls, and present Crio.Do’s offerings to help learners and organizations choose suitable programs. The position involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads,



scheduling and conducting product demos, and closing deals to meet and exceed revenue targets. The associate will collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, gather feedback from prospects, and contribute to sales strategies. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing sales reports, and ensuring a professional and supportive experience for all prospective learners and partners.
