We’re Hiring | Quality Control Executive – Garments

Minizmo – Made to Measure is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to join our team in Gurgaon.

The role is ideal for someone who understands garments beyond just “pass or fail” — someone who can identify quality issues, understand measurements, finishing and construction, and ensure every garment meets our standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect garments at different stages of production.
• Check measurements, stitching, fitting, finishing and overall garment construction.
• Identify defects and coordinate with the production team for corrective action.
• Conduct final quality checks before dispatch.
• Ensure garments meet approved specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain quality inspection records and reports.
• Monitor recurring defects and help improve production quality.





What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years of experience in garment/apparel quality control.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, stitching and finishing.
• Good understanding of garment measurements and fitting.
• Experience in men’s wear, premium apparel, tailoring or made-to-measure will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
