Role Description The Customer Relationship role at Fitspire is a full-time, on-site position based in Current Delhi. The individual in this role will handle daily customer interactions, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience across phone, email, and digital channels. Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, tracking feedback,



and coordinating with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. The role also involves proactively engaging with customers, explaining product features and benefits, and supporting retention and loyalty initiatives. The person in this position will contribute to building long-term relationships and strengthening Fitspire’s reputation as a trusted health and wellness brand.
