We are looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our Human Resources function and partner with the leadership team in driving organizational growth, culture, and people excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership
Lead the overall HR function and establish scalable HR processes and systems.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Formulate and update HR policies ensuring legal compliance and organizational effectiveness.
Lead HR digital transformation initiatives and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).




Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, leadership development, and organizational culture.
Conduct workforce planning, identify skill gaps, and implement succession planning for critical positions.
Manage the HR budget and leverage HR analytics for data-driven decision-making.
Design, implement, and manage a robust performance management and appraisal system.

Operational Excellence
Mentor and coach senior leaders on people management and talent development.
Lead recruitment, particularly for leadership and departmental head positions.
Oversee payroll, workforce administration, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
Plan and execute learning & development initiatives across the organization.
Enable managers with effective HR policies, tools, and guidance for workforce management.
Develop performance evaluation frameworks, ensure timely appraisals, and drive continuous improvement.
