Role Description The Legal Manager will oversee all legal affairs of iLeads Auxiliary Services Pvt Ltd and ensure that the organization operates in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dehradun and involves drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts, as well as advising leadership on legal risks and mitigation strategies.



The Legal Manager will coordinate with internal departments and external counsel, handle legal queries, and support the resolution of disputes and regulatory issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring changes in relevant legislation, implementing internal policies and procedures, maintaining legal records, and contributing to risk management and corporate governance initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge of Law and Legal Affairs, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes and regulations.
Agreement review , Rental handling , Negotiation , Bad Debt recovery , Courts dates, labor law and hearing etc
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and compliance-related documents.
Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Compliance for a minimum of 3 years, providing practical guidance to management and ensuring adherence to regulatory re
