3D Visualizer

Responsibilities

3D Modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering and post-production Animation - Fly Through - Walk Through and video editing Create beautiful photorealistic imageryWorking closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualise construction projectsPresenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clientsEnsuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Civil / Architecture / Interior Designing Ability to comprehend and design Architectural DetailsExcellent rendering skillsAbility to interpret Architectural Design properlyProficient in 3D visuals, AutoCAD and Photoshop in reviewing 2D and 3D designsSolid knowledge of specialized software (3D Max Studio, Lumion, Adobe suit, SketchUp etc.) AutoCAD/Revit knowledge (would be a big plus)Client focus and strong communication skills; Great interpersonal skills (team work, supportive attitude, eager to learn, proactivity) and creativity;Skilled approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
