About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and generate software development projects for our company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with decision-makers, generating qualified leads, and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsiblities
Generate current business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Identify companies and decision-makers who require software and technology solutions.
Generate and qualify leads for web development, mobile app development, SaaS, AI/ML, custom software, and other IT services.
Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
Prepare project proposals, presentations, quotations, and business pitches.
Coordinate with the technical team for project estimation, scope, and feasibility.




Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Negotiate with clients and close deals while maintaining healthy business margins.
Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
Research market trends, competitors, industries, and potential target companies.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, revenue, and project acquisition targets.
Develop long-term partnerships that generate recurring business.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales / B2B Sales.
Proven experience in generating and closing software development projects.
Strong knowledge of IT services and software development.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Strong experience with LinkedIn lead generation and prospecting.
