Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Representative role based in Jaipur. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads,



and convert prospects into active users or customers of the enCODE ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, conducting product demonstrations, and clearly communicating the value proposition to learners, institutions, and industry partners. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns, and providing prompt, courteous customer service. The Inside Sales Representative will also work to strengthen long-term relationships, gather feedback, and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
