Role Description The Assistant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad. This position supports the day-to-day operational activities of the immigration consulting practice, including coordinating client appointments, managing case files, and ensuring documentation and processes are accurate and up to date. The role involves monitoring workflow, assisting in resource allocation,



and supporting the implementation of operational policies and best practices. The Assistant Operations Manager collaborates with consultants and administrative staff to improve efficiency, maintain service quality, and resolve operational issues. The role also includes preparing reports, tracking key performance indicators, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
