Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Lead to drive enterprise digital transformations. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end implementations, design robust system integrations, and solve complex business challenges through tailored ERP and CRM solutions.
The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;), Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, CRM, Power Automate, and OData, along with the ability to provide technical leadership across enterprise implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Execution: Lead end-to-end technical and functional solution delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; deployments, upgrades, customizations, and integrations.
D365 F&O; & Supply Chain: Design and deliver solutions across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, aligning business processes with system capabilities.
CRM Integration:



Work with Dynamics 365 CRM and ensure effective integration between CRM, F&O;, Supply Chain, and other enterprise applications.
System Integration: Design and govern complex integrations between D365, third-party applications, and legacy enterprise systems using OData, DMF, Dual-Write, and Azure Integration Services.
Power Platform & Automation: Leverage Microsoft Power Automate to automate business workflows, approvals, notifications, and cross-system processes.
Application Lifecycle Management: Manage environment strategy, deployments, code movements, and performance monitoring using Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps.
Technical Governance & Leadership: Establish delivery standards, conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor development and functional teams.
Process Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through D365, Power Platform, automation, and system integrations.
