We are looking for an EDA Engineer with Linux Administration experience to support semiconductor design and verification environments.
Key Responsibilities
Administer Linux servers, workstations, storage, and compute farms.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot EDA tools from Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens EDA, Ansys, etc.




Manage FlexNet/FlexLM license servers and license usage.
Support job schedulers such as LSF, Slurm, Grid Engine, or PBS.
Automate operational tasks using Shell, Python, Perl, or Tcl.
Maintain NFS, user access, system monitoring, backups, and EDA tool environments.
Work with design teams to resolve tool, license, and infrastructure issues.
Required Skills
Experience in Linux administration (RHEL/Rocky/CentOS/Ubuntu/SUSE).
Hands-on experience with EDA tools and semiconductor design flows.
Knowledge of compute clusters, job scheduling, FlexLM, networking, NFS, and storage.
Scripting skills in Shell and/or Python.
Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred: Experience with cloud/HPC, Ansible, Docker/Apptainer, Git/Perforce, and monitoring tools.
