We're a small, ambitious team building a brand our customers genuinely love.
As we grow, we're looking for someone to help us make sure our customers have an equally great experience.
About the role
You'll be one of the people closest to our customers. You'll talk to them every day, help them make the right purchase, solve problems, understand their feedback and spot patterns that can help Jaey become better.
You'll work closely with the founders and get exposure to how a growing D2C brand actually works.
What you'll do
Customer Experience
Handle customer conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram and email.
Help customers with products, sizing, orders, exchanges and returns.
Solve problems with empathy and ownership.
Make every customer interaction feel personal, not scripted.
Customer Insights
Identify patterns in customer questions, feedback, complaints and returns.
Share insights with the team and suggest ways we can improve.
Help identify and fix recurring customer problems.
Community
Build stronger relationships with our customers.
Reach out to customers for feedback, reviews and stories.
Help create experiences that make customers want to come back.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
Enjoys talking to people.
Communicates clearly and naturally (fluent in English - spoken as well as written)
Is empathetic, patient and solution-oriented.
Takes ownership instead of passing problems around.
Is curious and notices patterns.
Can figure things out without needing everything spelled out.
Wants to learn how a consumer brand is built.
Experience: 0–2 years. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, D2C, e-commerce or community is a plus, but not essential.
