Happy Homes Projects LLP is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence, generate quality leads, and support the marketing of our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube and other digital platforms.
* Create and manage lead-generation campaigns for real estate projects.
* Manage social media pages, content calendars, posts, Reels and promotional campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPL, conversions and ROI.
* Optimize paid advertising campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
* Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and sales teams for marketing creatives and campaigns.
* Develop engaging content, captions and promotional concepts for social media.
* Manage SEO, Google Business Profile and website-related marketing activities.




* Track website traffic and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
* Maintain lead reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
* Research competitors, market trends and current digital marketing opportunities.
* Support WhatsApp, email and remarketing campaigns to nurture potential customers.

Skills & Requirements

* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
* Experience with social media marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
* Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics.
* Creative thinking with strong communication and content-planning skills.
* Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions.
* Experience in real estate digital marketing will be an added advantage.
* Knowledge of Canva, basic video editing or creative tools is preferred.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in digital mark
