What we are looking for
Must Have

1. Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Audit Management. The candidate should be able to configure core IRM data models, workflows, and process lifecycle components aligned to enterprise governance needs.
2. Solid ServiceNow development capability using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer. The role requires translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable platform customizations.
3. Good understanding of risk, compliance, audit, controls, indicators, issues, and remediation concepts. The developer should be comfortable mapping business controls and compliance processes into the ServiceNow IRM framework.
4. Experience integrating ServiceNow IRM with CMDB, ITSM,



and external systems. The candidate should understand data dependencies, data quality expectations, and secure integration patterns for enterprise environments.
5. Ability to create reports, dashboards, and analytics for risk exposure, compliance posture, audit findings, and remediation tracking. Solid troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills are essential for successful delivery.
