Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant with 8–10 years of solid experience in enterprise application development, solution design, and technical consulting. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, Kafka, SQL, and Microservices.
The candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, designing scalable application architectures, guiding development teams, and delivering robust enterprise solutions. The role requires strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, security, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for complex enterprise application development initiatives.
Design scalable and highly available applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop and review RESTful web services and microservices.
Design event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
Define application architecture, technical standards,



and development best practices.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Apply appropriate software design patterns to solve complex technical problems.
Design secure applications following enterprise security standards.
Work with SQL databases and ensure efficient database interaction.
Review code, architecture, and technical implementations developed by engineering teams.
Establish and improve CI/CD practices using Jenkins and related tools.
Identify technical risks and provide appropriate mitigation strategies.
Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, business stakeholders, and infrastructure teams.
Troubleshoot critical production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and maintainability requirements.
