What you'll do
Develop GFCs, construction & detailed drawings
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors & craftspeople
Work on FF&E;, materials, finishes & specifications
Attend regular site visits and monitor execution
Prepare presentations and design documentation
Ensure design quality and timelines are maintained
What we're looking for
1–2 years of experience in luxury interior design
Strong understanding of interior design, space planning & detailing
Strong construction-drawing skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD + SketchUp (Revit is a plus)
Valuable understanding of materials, finishes & furniture
Excellent attention to detail and visual communication
Comfortable working on-site and managing multiple tasks
