Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for leading sales strategy and execution for AnuTek’s portfolio of computing products, including desktops, laptops, workstations, display solutions, and servers. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities,



managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with enterprise and channel partners. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee sales targets, forecast revenue, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts while coordinating closely with marketing, operations, and product teams. The role also involves coaching and mentoring the sales team, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing regular performance and pipeline reports to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong background in B2B and enterprise sales, preferably in computer hardware, IT products, or technology solutions.
Proven experience in sales strategy, business development, and key account management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales teams, including performance management and mentoring.
