About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketeer to own the full lead-to-client journey — from first contact to closed deal. You'll work closely with the founder, managing everything between a lead entering our system and a signed project.
What You'll Do
Lead Management: Maintain and organize the lead database; keep the pipeline clean and up to date
Conversations: Run first conversations with inbound leads, qualify them, and understand their brief/budget
Proposals: Draft and send tailored proposals; follow up until a decision is reached
Closure: Handle objections, negotiate scope, and close the deal — own conversion and time-to-close
Who You Are
1–4 years in sales/business development, ideally agency or B2B services
Robust communicator, comfortable owning founder-level client conversations
Organized — disciplined about pipeline hygiene
Persuasive without being pushy; a natural closer
