Key Responsibilities




Patient Interaction:
Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors, creating a positive first impression.
Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel or departments.
Providing information to patients and visitors about hospital services, procedures, and policies.
Assisting patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and payment processing.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintaining and updating patient records, both physical and electronic.
Handling billing, insurance verification, and payment collection.
Managing correspondence, including mail and emails.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and effective operations.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the front office and reception area.
General Support:
Monitoring and managing office supplies and equipment.
